I am a 42 year old female. I have been passing out for about 6 months. Now I am having severe head aches on the back of my head. This may sound weird but the only way I can explain the other main concern is if I turn my head a certain way I have like electric currents that go throughout my body. Please help

General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to cervical spondylosis. Better to rule out that by doing x ray of cervical spine in two projections. In such case wearing a soft cervical collar, taking a short course of muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine and physiotherapy will be helpful. Hope this may be helpful.Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
