Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to cervical spondylosis. Better to rule out that by doing x ray of cervical spine in two projections. In such case wearing a soft cervical collar, taking a short course of muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine and physiotherapy will be helpful.
Hope this may be helpful.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
